Another article by Kassi Underwood that hit very close to home. I am so grateful for the women who are willing to speak out about their abortion experiences. To me, politics aren’t as important as erasing the taboo surrounding sex and unwanted pregnancy. The more discussion there is, the more individuals will realize that no story is the same.
Everyone is fighting a different battle and it is our commonalities that lead us to understanding and empathy, no matter what our background may be.
